So let’s see what the design team have made for us.

Tanya - Hello there.  I love flowers so much and there's many many of Nikky's wonderful collections that have flowers on them in all shapes, sizes and colours, some which are textured too.  For this week I've decided to use the flowers from the Eden Collection and the bird too and combine them with two of the coloured digis from the Octavia Moonfly Collection to make a little bit of teacup art work.  I don't know if you've seen these on the internet before but there's a step by step on my blog and here are some photos to show you how I made it.  (1) resizing the flowers and printing them out (2) decorating the teacup with the moss (3) and then decorating with the little toadstools, birdcage, mini shrink plastic Octavias and the bird from the Eden Collection.  If you want to know how the teacup seems to be floating above the saucer you'll have to pop over to my blog to find out what it is.  Hope you like it.

Lynda - I just love the new release so decided to use it for this weeks challenge. Sticks and Bones is awesome!! and it's available on a CD or as a instant download. Everything you see on my card (except the gems) is within the collection. The elements I used are just the tip of the iceberg, such great value. Enjoy this week's challenge x

Julie -- What better collection to use for this "In Bloom" theme than the beautiful Rose Budd CD collection? Or Rose Budd Digital Download? The pre-printed image, papers, and ticket are all from the Rose Budd collection. Simple, yet elegant!

AnjieI've used the beautiful Serenity collection for the image, sentiment and papers. You can also buy the image on her own HERE. Isn't she just adorable! The flowers and leaves are from the Picknix 3 Nordic Winter collection. More details on my blog.

Monica- I love flowers and when they start to bloom is the perfect time of the year. For this week make I´m working with 3d flowers from Work & Play 10.-Country Life Full Collection. The inspirational sentiment is from Cherryblossom Lane Collection.

Fiona -  For this weeks challenge I have used a image from the work and play 9 love and kisses cd the image is called The  proposal. the backing papers and embellishments are from the cd the large pink flower was created with papers found on the cd

Jane – Hello! I used the ‘bloomin’ gorgeous’  OCTAVIA MOONFLY BIG KAHUNA BUNDLE on my project this week, making a bouquet of flowers for my mum! Awwwwh! J  Have a happy crafty day! xxx

Aunty Sue - Hi for my card I am featuring a Digi image off the Work & Play 9 Love & Kisses available HERE. I love how all Nikkys collections have some Digis that you can feature as a main image so used this lovely bunch of flowers. The papers and sentiment is also from the collection. There really are some hidden gems in these collections if you look close enough. Used a mixture of Promarkers and Lyra Rembrandt polycolour pencils to colour the image.
Gail - For 'In Bloom' theme is week, I went for the fabulous Work and Play 9 - Love and Kisses collection, available on Cd-Rom or as a Digital Download. The vintage style flowers, the Love text and wings (on the mannequin) are all from the Work and Play 9 - Love and Kisses collection.

Audrey  I love the brand new Sticks & Bones Mammoth Dinosaur Download Bundle from the moment I saw and of course had to buy the full download collection!!  For today's creation, I chose the images called Just Sittin Here/Dinosaur and Sticks & Bones Dinosaur 5, which can be found in the full collection and in black and white on the Sticks & Bones Dinosaur Image Bundle.  The papers are from the collection too.  I've combined the with the frame using Gimp and coloured with Copics.  The flowers can be found on the collection too and also here .  Full details of how I printed the flowers out can be found on my blog.  I sure hope you like it, I know you will love this new bundle!!

Helen - I thought the 'Serenity Fairy Wishes' bundle was perfect for this challenge.  You can find it here on the Polkadoodles website.  I chose a digi stamp called 'Serenity Dancing' which is also available here individually.  She has flowers on the skirt of her dress and in her hair and I picked background paper from the download to match.  I also used some polka dot paper from the download and used the same paper to die cut a flower.  The circular sentiment is also from the download.

Great makes from the DT I’m sure you will agree.....

PRIZES:
The random winner (chosen by Random.org) will receive $10 worth of downloads of your choice from the digi store!

The winner and top 3 for week 50 can be found at the bottom of this post.

So let’s see what the design team have made for us.

Jane – Hello! I love to use faux stitching, it can really to finish off a project and I have used it around the frame of my angel hanger.  It features the beautiful and serene ANGELBERRY PEACE that I have coloured with pencils.  I made this as an alternative to a Christmas card for my mum this year in her favourite colours.  I’m glad to say she loved it.  Have a happy crafty day! xxx
Fiona - For my dt make this week again I have used the fantastic collection work and play series 9 Love and Kisses.  I cut the papers up to make a patchwork design and then added the faux stitching. Added a circle and faux stitched it. The tags can be found on the cd
I then added some roses to the card. and the hat pins and other embellishments The image is  coloured with pencils.
Anjie - I have used an image, a sentiment and papers all from the beautiful Serentity download collection. I have added faux stitching around the papers and the image for the challenge. I coloured the beautiful image with my Graph'It Markers. I made some rolled roses from the papers and added some die cuts to finish off the card. More photos and details on my blog.
Julie -- My good friend and her husband spent well over a year remodeling the main floor of their house.  It is virtually complete.  I made this card in her honor.  I used this image from the Work & Play 11 collection (CD) & (Digital Download). The female painter/decorator image is available here.  Papers are from the same collection.  Since this week's theme is stitching -- faux or real, I faux stitched around the image, and chose a slightly different pattern to faux stitch around the sentiment.  I kept the rest of the card CAS to draw attention the the image, Copic coloring and faux stitching.
Monica-Since I was a little kid, I love cloth dolls. So this week theme was perfect for my favorites dolls. I found an adorable cloth doll digi, full of stitches, in Picknix 1.-All sewn up. I love this collection, it´s  papers are stunning, sentiments are beautiful and the elements are just perfect for this challenge.
Lynda: Inspired by my brothers obsession with football I chose to use Work &Play 6 for this weeks challenge. The papers, digi stamp and sentiments are all included in this bundle. It's available as a digital download or on a CD. Have fun xx

Helen - faux stitching is one of those things that I keep meaning to add to my cards but always seems to forget about!  I've gone for a patchwork card layout with faux stitching round the edge of each of the blocks.  The digi, paper and sentiment I've used are all from the 'Serenity Fairy Wishes' download collection available here.
Gail - I love stitching on projects, I'm not very good at sewing so mine is faux stitching. Although not real patchwork I did create a patchwork effect background for my card. I used papers and images from the fabulous Eden Collection, available on CD-Rom here or as a Digital Download here.
Aunty Sue - Hi for my card I have used faux stitching and real stitching on the ribbon. My card feature The Skateboarder and paper from Work & Play 11 which is available HERE. I kept it very simple with just 1 one paper with stitching round the edge and the sentiment Busting Tricks I printed onto of the paper and then faux stitched the wording. The ribbon is stitched. Fussy cut my image and placed on foam pads.

Tanya I have chosen to do some proper stitching by hand with threads and beads for my make this week and have used the alphabets available as a single download or on the wonderful Colour Therapy Collections called Florabunda and Inspiring Foliage and have made a framed picture for my mum and dad's wedding anniversary. More pictures can be seen on my blog.

Audrey chose to use another gorgeous image from Work and Play Volume 10 Full Download Collection, this time working with Foxy Friend Digital Stamp.  I have also included a tutorial on brick coloring with Copics for you.  I hope you find it helpful and inspiring.  I used a stitched die to cut out the image and all my papers from Winston Deluxe Full Collection download have stitching on them.  My sentiment choice, cut out with scissors, also from Winston Deluxe Full Collection download, includes stitching as well.  I chose flowers from Winston Deluxe Full Collection download and cut those with scissors after outlining with Copics.

Great makes from the DT I’m sure you will agree.

Jane – Hello! Monica- For this week challenge, I went back to my favorite crafting stuff and I made a gift box with a 3d flower and leaves using the gorgeous papers from Dollie Daydream Goes East Collection.
Fiona - For this weeks challenge Cool Blues I have used a image from the Work and Play 9 Love and Kisses download cd the image is called Bride and is also available as a digital stamp on its own.  The papers I have used are from Twiggy and Toots Festive fun cd ...
Tanya - For this week's challenge I've done some zentangling in blue pen on the black and white digi called Serenity Earthstar available on a single digi in black and white and also in black and white and colour on the full Download collection and a CD collection.  The papers and the sentiment are also from the collection and I've used Graph It Markers for the skin.
Julie -- I used an digi from the Twiggy & Toots Collection, found here in CD and here in Digital Download.  Just the strawberry cupcake image can be found here. I colored the cupcake image using Copic markers.  The cool blue background paper is from the Frosted Winter Octavia Collection (CD or Download). Then, the fun begins.  To make your own rainbow ribbon, follow these easy instructions:  Gather your supplies.  This technique can be done with a varieties of white ribbons.  I've used either inks or alcohol markers.  For this ribbon I wanted a "soft" look, so I chose distress inks.
Alternating every inch or so, ink your ribbon.  I cut 13 inches of ribbon for this card.  Here I am, getting started on it.
Here's the completed striped, multicolored ribbon --
Here's the completed card, with it's rainbow ribbon. Hope you try this!
Helen - I've gone for a winter theme for my card and have used a digi and papers from the 'Work and Play 4 - Festive Hollybobs download which is here on the website.
Aunty Sue - So for my card I have gone with the colour Blue as my main colour and used Work & Play 8-Feel the Music. Dj  which you can purchase as a single image or the full download HERE I have used papers from this collection and also the sentiments.
Lynda: This week I used one of my favorite collections 'Rose Budd' It's available on a CD or as a digital download.  The paper and embellishments are all included in this massive bundle. The digi can be bought separately, her name is Miss Rose and you can find her here. xx
Gail - This week I choose Guitar Boy from the fabulous Work and Play 8 - Feel The Music Collection, which is available as a digital download here or on CD-Rom here.
Anjie - This was a wooden heart I bought from Matalan in the sale for 50p, I think I'm going to pop out now and see if they have anymore as it is quite a substantial amount of wood. I started the project by prinint some papers from the Octavia Frosted Winter collection and distressed them with ink before gluing them in place. I then added some faux stitching with a brown pen to keep in with the colour theme. I then coloured in the fab Oddella Heart image with my Graph'It Markers. More details and photos on my blog.

Audrey decided she was officially sick of winter despite not really having been in super cold weather yet!  Anyway, I went with an image that has more of a summer feel Milking Time with Kitten, which is also available on Work and Play Vol. 10 Country Life Full Download Collection.  I decided to make a pocket page this time around as I have seen them and think they are really cool.  I used 3 different word art from Work and Play Vol. 10 Embellies Download Bundle also available in Work and Play Vol. 10 Country Life Full Download Collection.  My papers are all from Winston Deluxe Full Collection.

Great makes from the DT I’m sure you will agree!
